Red Track

Sometimes, when I've paints left on my palette and a small canvas to hand I execute a little painting. The 'only' constraint–using the colours that are left. Though the failure rate is high anything that works does so unexpectedly. There is a freedom from fear with results often bringing a smile to my face.

  1. Mmm, Marco,

I love this painting. The pigment is so freely and thinly applied and yet it doesn't erode the atmosphere, but seems to add to it.

I'd love to use this in the film for a cafe scene, if I may? All will make sense later!

  2. You may Geoff, and I trust 'it' will all make sense later.
